Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Reports To: Sales Manager
Department: Sales/Customer Service
Salary Range: Commensurate with ability & experience
Hours: Monday - Friday; 40 hours per week

Job Description Summary:
The CSR will be part of the Customer Service support team within the Sales/Customer Service department. This team has the responsibility of handling sales accounts, some estimating, order entry, billing, and customer support.

Daily Responsibilities:
Assist sales department with customer support
Work with production staff discussing jobs and/or projects
Create job tickets for jobs and/or projects to communicate to production staff
Work with other departments to communicate customer needs
Assist with billing and closing job tickets
Work with Sales/Customer Service on any special projects on an “as needed” basis

Requirements:
Organizational skills with attention to detail
Experience using Microsoft Office products along with the graphics programs used and supported at Advertisers Press
Written and oral communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and monitor due dates
