Reports To: Fulfillment/Warehouse Manager
Department: Fulfillment/Warehouse
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
Hours: 8am – 4pm

Job Description Summary:
This warehouse position consists of pulling, organizing, packing and shipping orders that have been keyed by the fulfillment data entry staff. The individual must be organized, accurate and focused on the task at hand. At times where rush orders are requested, the individual must be able to handle the often high pressure task of completing orders quickly & correctly. Keeping correct counts of our inventory is a must so this person must have a full understanding of our multiple inventory systems and the ability to work with other departments to keep counts accurate.

General Warehouse Duties:
Follow a pull slip to find items on warehouse shelves and accurately pull the correct quantity
Pack orders efficiently so they arrive at their destination in good condition and at an economical cost
Have expert knowledge of different shipping methods to determine best way shipping
Warehouse staff may be asked to work on special projects such as kitting or hand assembly
Be responsible for the inventory count of any given item so that it is accounted for correctly in our computer system
Be responsible for the shelf location of any given item so that it is accounted for correctly in our computer system
Work with other members of the department when needed
Work with members of Fulfillment department to make sure work gets out timely and correctly
Basic computer knowledge

General Warehouse Requirements:
Able to lift 70 lbs
Ability to use a forklift
An understanding of the best practices for packing our products so they reach their destination undamaged
General understanding of best practices for shipping timely & economically
