Customer Service Representative(CSR)

Job Description Summary:
The CSR will be part of the Customer Service support team within the Sales/Customer Service department. This team has the responsibility of handling sales accounts, some estimating, order entry, billing, and sustomer support. The CSR in this position will be responsible to work with a Sales Representative and the remaining Sales and Support staff on specific accounts.

Requirements:
Organization skills with attention to detail
Experience using Mircrosoft Office products along with the graphics programs used and supported at Advertiser Press.
Written and oral communication skills
Ability to meet deadlines and monitor due dates

Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary Range: Commensurate with ability & experience
